Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack / Cloud to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications across the full software development lifecycle.

This role will collaborate with product leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions, improve performance, and adopt new cloud-native technologies, with emphasis on GCP, microservices, and modern web interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with GCP Cloud Run.
• Experience with J2EE.
• Experience with Angular.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with SQL and BigQuery.
• Experience developing and working with microservices.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use cases and advocate for user-centric solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deliver software applications using appropriate tools and tech.
• Assess requirements and determine suitable technology stacks and deployment strategies.
• Create high-level software architecture designs outlining structure and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product leads and stakeholders.
• Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, and processes.
• Develop and maintain back-end applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Create user-friendly and interactive web-based interfaces.
• Continuously improve application performance and optimize solutions.
• Implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Apply SD practices such as TDD, CI, and CD.
• Support security practices to safeguard data, including encryption.
