M62AI is building AI infrastructure for wealth management, blending rigorous data models with AI-driven workflows. You will develop across the stack, design system architectures, and implement agent-based processes that handle complex, real-world tasks while maintaining control and accountability.

Ideal candidates bring deep AI coding agent experience, strong software fundamentals, and a passion for fintech.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals and design patterns.
• Experience with at least one of Java/Kotlin/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Data modeling and relational DB design (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Wealth management or fintech experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Collaborative, team-first approach without heroics.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-enabled engineering and agent-driven work.
• Passion evidenced by side projects, research, or experiments.

Responsibilities

• Develop across our web and workflow products (front end, back end, AI-driven workflows).
• Help design how services, data, and agents fit together.
• Model data and design schemas for evolving wealth-management concepts.
• Build AI agents that handle multi-step business workflows and unstructured documents.
• Write specs for AI tooling and supervise agent outputs.
• Collaborate with clients and commercial stakeholders as a regular part of the job.
