This role requires a foundational understandingof programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technicalsolutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders,including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is runningsmoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring the organization's software applications areeffective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users.

This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentwithout now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in application development or application engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering
  • Experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby
  • Familiarity with software development tools such as Git or Jenkins
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Windows Server, virtualization technologies, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, T-SQL, C# or Java, and PowerShell for application development, database programming, and automation.
  • Familiarity with document generation and technical authoring solutions, such as Sphera Intelligent Authoring, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to support, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise systems across infrastructure, database, and application platforms.
