Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust financial technology solutions across the full stack, from UI to databases. You will work in a fast-paced team, mentor juniors, and contribute to design decisions and best practices.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of full-stack experience, strong knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, back-end languages, and cloud/containerization technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive full-stack development experience.
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React/Angular/Vue.js) and back-end languages (Java/Python/C#).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to design solutions and estimate work.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code following best practices and patterns.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
