Job summary

Fermi America is building Project Matador, a vast energy campus in Texas, and seeks a Senior Recruiter, Full Life Cycle to own end-to-end recruitment for construction, financial, commercial, and other business functions. This in-office role in Amarillo requires hands-on sourcing, intake, screening, and offer support while partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with direct sourcing as a core part of the role.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (construction, technical, industrial, corporate).
• Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong candidate communication and interview coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for an assigned portfolio of requisitions across construction, financial, commercial, and other business teams.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to scope role requirements, must-haves, and sourcing strategy.
• Source passive and active candidates directly using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates for role fit, qualifications, compensation alignment, and interest.
• Manage the candidate experience from first outreach through offer and close, including scheduling and interview logistics.
• Build and manage a strong, active pipeline for recurring or hard-to-fill role types.
