Job summary

Fermi America is building Project Matador in Texas and seeks a Senior Recruiter, Full Life Cycle to own end-to-end recruiting for diverse business functions. This in-office role requires hands-on sourcing, intake with hiring managers, and a strong focus on rapid, high-quality candidate delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of FC recruiting, multi-function experience, and proven success in a build/setup phase within energy/industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (construction, financial, commercial, etc.).
• Comfortable handling a high-volume requisition load independently.
• Strong candidate communication and interview coordination skills.
• Experience with an ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for an assigned portfolio of requisitions.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to scope role requirements.
• Source passive and active candidates directly via multiple channels.
• Screen candidates for fit, compensation, and interest.
• Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer and close.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring roles.
