Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is hiring an experienced Recruiter to support professional-level roles across multiple business functions. You will partner with Hiring Leaders, develop sourcing strategies, and drive end-to-end recruitment—from screening to closing—while guiding offers and market data.

Based in the Saint Joseph/Benton Harbor area, this role involves on-site collaboration in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with a strong focus on talent quality and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience across multiple business functions.
• 1+ years of solid sourcing experience (certifications a plus).
• Expertise with modern recruitment tools including CRM and ATS systems.
• Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers through TA lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for open roles.
• Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to understand talent needs and strategy.
• Provide market data, offer structuring guidance, and closing candidates.
• Serve as Talent Acquisition SME and advise process stakeholders.
