You will manage daily pricing, leverage Kalibrate Pricing, and translate data into competitive strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of fuel pricing experience within the convenience store sector.
• Experience with Kalibrate Pricing Software is required.
• Proven experience managing large-scale retail pricing operations across multi-site networks.
• Advanced analytical capabilities to translate data into pricing strategy.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and pricing metrics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all retail fuel pricing activities across 300+ locations.
• Manage day-to-day pricing using Kalibrate Pricing and pricing tools.
• Develop market-by-market pricing strategies based on costs and demand.
• Analyze margin performance, traffic, and customer retention metrics.
• Monitor competitor pricing and regional pricing behavior for risks and opportunities.
• Provide executive-level reporting on market conditions and pricing strategies.
