Wecom Fiber, a Phoenix-based telecommunications company, is seeking a Sr. Manager of Project Management – FTTH to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of FTTH and OSP construction programs.

You will manage a team of Project Managers and coordinators, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Wecom's safety and quality standards. You will serve as the hub between construction, design, field operations, contractors, and executive leadership, driving schedule adherence,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in telecommunications, fiber, or OSP construction.
• 3+ years of leading or directing project teams.
• Experience managing FTTH/OSP construction programs from initiation to closeout.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and maintenance of detailed project plans for FTTH OSP build programs, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through closeout, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Establish and manage a PMO framework with standardized processes and governance for FTTH construction projects.
• Track portfolio-wide progress, milestones, risks, and resource utilization; provide dashboards and reports to leadership.
