Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior FSC Developer to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions in Financial Services Cloud for Wealth Management. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, guide teams through complex implementations, and partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into robust, enterprise-grade solutions.

You will architect scalable FSC solutions, govern data security and sharing, and drive integration patterns across enterprise systems while mentoring

Qualifications

Senior Salesforce Developer with FSC expertise and Wealth Management focus.
Proven ability to lead technical design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and implementation of FSC solutions for Wealth Management.
Architect scalable solutions for client/advisor experiences and account servicing.
Develop and review code using LWC, Apex, Flows, SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
Design integrations with external systems using Salesforce patterns.
Conduct design and code reviews and ensure enterprise architecture compliance.
Mentor teams, remove roadblocks, and improve delivery quality.
Govern FSC data model, security, and sharing to meet compliance.
Gather requirements and communicate technical decisions with stakeholders.
