Job summary

Kai is seeking an experienced UI Developer to join our San Jose team. You will build scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript, and collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces across devices.

You will work with GraphQL APIs, contribute to design systems, and partner with backend/DevOps to ensure smooth deployments. Strong TypeScript and React expertise, plus experience with Redux or Apollo, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Apollo, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Implement responsive designs that provide seamless experiences across web, tablet, and large screens.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Integrate with GraphQL APIs and optimize front-end data fetching for performance and reliability.
• Build and maintain component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and reusability.
• Work with backend and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment, testing, and scalability of applications.
