Modern Family Law is seeking a Senior Frontend React Engineer to own the frontend architecture for a new family-law technology product. You will build in React and TypeScript, translating designs into production-ready experiences while collaborating with product and backend teams.

You will shape multi-step workflows, performance, accessibility, security and AI-enabled capabilities, guiding a growing frontend team as the product evolves in a fast-paced legal tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must reside within commutable distance to CA or WA offices (San Jose, Oakland, Seattle, Bellevue, Everett).
• Production experience building React and TypeScript apps with complex workflows.
• Experience establishing frontend architecture for apps with significant backend integration.
• Strong knowledge of component architecture, state management, forms, routing, and maintainable frontend patterns.
• Experience building multi-step/workflow apps with validation, persistence, and clear error states.
• Understanding of frontend authentication flows and role-aware interfaces.
• Experience partnering with backend engineers to define API contracts and data structures.
• Strong accessibility, responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance practices.
• Experience implementing automated frontend testing for critical components and user workflows.
• Ability to review code and provide frontend standards guidance.

• Review code and set frontend standards while guiding the team.
