Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a Lead Front End Developer to build and maintain web-based products for client brands. You’ll work with React, Typescript, and a modern frontend stack, in an Agile, collaborative setting with B2B clients.

You will mentor team members, shape development strategy, and help implement AI-assisted workflows using Cursor to accelerate delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with front-end tech stack (Typescript, React, ES6+).
• Experience with REST APIs and modern tooling.
• Experience with testing: TDD and Jest.
• Ability to mentor and lead others in agile teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver web-based products.
• Define and implement frontend strategy and architecture.
• Mentor and develop teammates in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Improve development practices and tooling, including AI workflows.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and code reviews.
