Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to lead frontend-focused, full-stack work on the Experience Library's Page Builder platform. You will design reusable UI components and contribute to rendering pipelines for Salesforce marketing pages.

You will mentor junior engineers, influence architecture, and actively integrate AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve engineering practices across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with frontend/full-stack focus.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3 and Node.js.
• Experience with CMSs, especially WordPress or Contentful, and CMS-driven content flows.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and ship scalable frontend components.
• Mentoring and coaching of junior engineers; code reviews and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain frontend and full-stack features for the Page Builder platform.
• Own features from design through execution, write specs and tests.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality experiences.
• Mentor AMTS/MTS team members through pair programming and reviews.
• Incorporate AI tools to speed up development and improve workflows.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and performance best practices.
