Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for the Portfolio team. You will own the design and delivery of core Portfolio experiences, turning real-time financial data into clear interfaces for diverse users across web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with backend, design, and product to scope ideas, ship features, and maintain performance, accessibility, and code quality at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience building consumer-facing web applications with high-quality, well-tested production code.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, with strong command of state management, rendering performance, accessibility.
• Experience building real-time or high-throughput UIs and integrating with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Ability to collaborate with design and product to shape product outcomes and deliver end-to-end features.

Responsabilités

• Own the design and delivery of core Portfolio experiences across web (React/TypeScript) and native mobile (iOS and Android).
• Build performant, accessible UI rendering real-time financial data at Coinbase scale.
• Partner with backend, design, and product from scoping through production rollout.
• Drive frontend architecture, component reuse, state management, testing, and performance instrumentation.
• Provide technical mentorship and uphold engineering standards through code reviews and architecture decisions.
