Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to evolve a production React/TypeScript web app and integrate it with AEM in a headless setup. You will work across the existing codebase and the new AEM integration, delivering responsive, accessible interfaces.

You will contribute to CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization while collaborating with Product, UX/UI, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-profile features on a global brand platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with frontend focus.
• Experience building large-scale consumer web applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or MobX.
• Knowledge of CSS-in-JS, CSS Modules, or Tailwind CSS.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and async programming.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/CircleCI).
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility and responsive design.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, RTL, Cypress/Playwright).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend the existing React application written in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Integrate with AEM in a headless model via GraphQL and persisted queries.
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing strategy, and overall development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, and backend teams to deliver features.
