Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to evolve our React web application, currently live in production, with plans to integrate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a headless model via GraphQL. You will work across both the existing codebase and the new AEM integration, focusing on TypeScript/React, performance, accessibility, and collaboration with backend teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3+ years frontend development for consumer-facing web apps.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+) proficiency.
• Solid React knowledge including hooks, lifecycle, and performance optimization.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or MobX.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS/CSS Modules/Tailwind.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and async programming.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility and responsive design.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend the existing React application in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Write clean, well-structured, well-tested code.
• Follow frontend architecture patterns and standards.
• Optimize performance with code-splitting and lazy-loading; improve Core Web Vitals.
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces following WCAG.
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing strategy, and development lifecycle.
• Integrate React app with AEM in headless mode via GraphQL.
• Collaborate with AEM backend developers on content models and GraphQL schemas.
• Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA engineers.
