Five9 is seeking a Senior Front End React/Redux Software Engineer to join our AI-enabled cloud contact center platform. You will build high-performance web applications, create widgets for Looker Studio dashboards, and contribute to scalable, reliable systems on GCP. Prior AI experience is not required, on-the-job learning is provided.

The role emphasizes ownership of code in production, collaboration in an Agile team, and delivering polished user interfaces with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development in a front-end role.
• Strong proficiency in React/Redux and modern JS/TS.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and on-call ownership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement UX designs with UX Designers using a React/Redux framework.
• Build custom widgets for dashboards in Google Looker Studio.
• Contribute to scalable, highly available web platforms on GCP.
• Participate in requirements analysis and grooming.
• Leverage CDN and NoSQL to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Document architecture and take ownership of production issues.
