Job summary

Five9 is a leading cloud contact center software provider hiring a Senior Front End React/Redux Software Engineer. You will build AI-enabled features and contribute to high-performance web platforms for enterprise users.

You will collaborate with UX designers, develop dashboards with Google Looker Studio plugins, and work in an Agile environment on a scalable GCP-based stack. Remote-friendly with some in-office requirements for certain regions.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience.
Proficient with React/Redux and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
Ability to own production code including on-call and troubleshooting.
Experience with modern UI design patterns in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Implement UX designs with designers using a React/Redux framework.
Build custom widgets for dashboards via Looker Studio plugins.
Contribute to a scalable, high-availability platform on modern PaaS (GCP).
Participate in requirements analysis and grooming.
Ensure scalable, reliable, and operable software through CDN/noSQL use where appropriate.
Document architecture and implementation decisions.
