Job summary

NeueHealth is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to own features from design to delivery, mentor juniors, and drive coding standards. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and UX to build scalable consumer-facing products.

The role emphasizes leadership in code reviews, architectural decisions, and collaboration across teams, with a remote-friendly environment for a valued health-tech platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience required.
• Eight (8) or more years of software development experience and/or a reviewable portfolio of work.
• Deep experience building/deploying/maintaining scalable and always available consumer facing products.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with teammates to solve business needs and drive solutions to key priorities.
• Contribute across the complete development lifecycle: design, estimation, implementation, testing, and bug fixes.
• Lead and contribute to continually improve team productivity, culture, and code quality.
• Peer review teammates' code and provide constructive feedback to improve quality.
• Create documentation and processes to improve team productivity and transparency.
