Job summary

Great Gray Group in Boston is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Technology team. You will develop scalable frontends using Angular and React within an agile environment, mentor teammates, and drive architectural decisions for high-quality software.

We value DevOps, continuous delivery, and ownership of products. The role offers a hybrid work model with four days onsite and one day remote, and requires authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend engineering with Angular/React/Next.js.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience building responsive, user-friendly frontends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance scalable, maintainable frontend solutions using Angular/React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn requirements into high-quality UI.
• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices for quality and performance.
• Monitor and maintain user-facing platforms for high availability and usability.
• Contribute to innovation through exploring new frontend patterns.
