United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Business Systems Engineering team in San Mateo, CA. You will design and ship customer-facing UI/UX, collaborating with product managers to streamline transaction flows and reduce friction for resellers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

You will mentor junior engineers, lead projects from ideation to release, and advocate for automation and metrics-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Shipped customer facing products or internal tools in the past.

About the Role

As a member of our Business Systems Engineering team, you will build or improve tools that are used daily by the company resellers, external integration platforms, and internal teams across the company. Our goal is to find bottlenecks and friction points, and drive process improvements, as well as come up with technical solutions. Our team is the custodian of data that is used by finance, orders, supply chain, and people teams. We emphasize automation over operation, metrics over anecdotes, iteration over perfection, and being proactive over responsive.

Annual Pay Range

At the company, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
