Job summary

Ramp is seeking a senior front-end/design engineer to lead branding and marketing site work from San Francisco. You will collaborate with designers and engineers to maintain a comprehensive design system and a reusable component library, delivering interactive experiences that boost engagement and conversions.

You should have 5+ years of front-end experience, strong React/CSS skills, and a portfolio showcasing responsive, design-to-code workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, ideally on a marketing site.
• Strong skills in React, CSS and modern frameworks (Next.js and Tailwind).
• A portfolio site that demonstrates your previous work.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of complex projects to establish Ramp.com as the gold standard for brand and product marketing.
• Work with designers and engineers to maintain and enhance Ramp's brand design system and component library, ensuring consistency across the site.
• Partner with designers to create interactive experiences that drive site engagement.
• Design and unblock yourself when design resources are constrained.
• Work closely with the paid ads and growth teams to conduct A/B testing on landing pages for multi-channel lead generation.
