Job summary

PulseRise Technologies is seeking an AI-native frontend engineer to own a migration from HTMX to React and build the external Notion/Cowork-style workspace for glazing estimators. You will lead the frontend stack, integrate with a Python backend, and ship features end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work across internal and external portals, collaborate with a designer, and shape user interactions that blend AI with human workflows to accelerate bids and proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production, product-facing web apps.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals: browser mastery.
• Proficient in React with ability to lead HTMX-to-React migration.
• A 0-to-1 track record thriving in ambiguity and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end frontend experience from onboarding to daily workflow.
• Lead the migration from server-rendered HTMX to React.
• Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to simplify complex workflows.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and polish to close deals.
