Office Hours is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to build customer-facing interfaces in React and Next.js, shaping the front-end experience and contributing to the marketing site. You will work closely with design and product, shaping how the product looks, feels, and behaves, and how it scales as the team grows.
You will prioritize user experience, polish, and interaction detail, collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver fast, accessible, and maintainable frontends.
Office Hours is an on-demand expert network that connects leading organizations with trusted experts across various knowledge domains. Experts earn income by sharing their knowledge through advisory work, projects, and AI model training. Our platform handles the complexities behind the scenes— screening, compliance, scheduling, and payments—so knowledge sharing stays focused on meaningful insights and real impact.
We're a hyper-growth and profitable company, quickly expanding our expert network, launching new offices, and new products. We are headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in Brooklyn and Bangalore. Our customers include the fastest-growing digital health companies, technology companies, institutional investment firms, consulting firms and AI Labs. We are backed by top marketplace investors and operators of companies like DoorDash, Airbnb, affirm.
Human knowledge is the world's most valuable asset. And yet, despite being more interconnected than ever, most knowledge still remains stuck in our heads, inaccessible and underutilized. Our vision is to make human knowledge easily accessible and infinitely scalable by building tools for the new age knowledge economy.
We're hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to build the interfaces our customers and experts use every day. You'll spend most of your time on our core product, and you'll also help shape our marketing site.
You'll have real influence over how the product looks, feels, and behaves, and over the technical decisions that shape how we build on the front end.
We're looking for an engineer who cares about user experience as much as code. You have a real eye for polish and interaction detail, you sweat the small things that make an interface feel effortless, and you partner naturally with design and product to get there.
We build with AI coding tools, and we want someone who's leaning into them, using them to prototype, iterate, and ship faster without compromising on craft.
