This role is challenging – above and beyond the day‑to‑day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast‑paced team.

This position will report into the CTO.

What you get to do every day:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Lead AI integration projects to enhance internal tools and automate repetitive workflows across CSC’s portfolio
• Build APIs and services that are reliable, secure, and performance‑optimized
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring junior engineers
• Work closely with business units across CSC brands to identify high‑impact areas for innovation
• Champion engineering best practices, scalability, and code quality
• Proactively identify technical improvements and recommend architectural enhancements

What you bring to the role:

• 5+ years of front‑end development experience, with expertise in React and TypeScript and a strong track record of building production‑grade systems
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of modern web development concepts, design patterns, and architecture
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and debugging skills
• A commitment to unit and automated testing of UI components and interaction flows
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services, including infrastructure design and deployment
• Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB or similar relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience using Docker for application containerization and environment management (nice‑to‑have)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting multiple brands or teams
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, agile environment with high ownership expectations
• Experience with AI technologies like Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools to support Frontend development and user engagement strategies is a plus
