Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to design and build modern web applications in a headless CMS setup. You will work in a cross-functional DevSecOps team, using Vue.js/Nuxt to deliver scalable, secure UI features and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders across Poland, Germany, and remote locations.

The role emphasizes architectural thinking, high code quality, and continuous improvement in a large, international development environment. Fluency in English is expected.

What will you do?

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing modern frontend solutions within a headless CMS architecture. You will contribute to shaping technical solutions, implementing scalable features and ensuring high standards in performance, security and code quality.

You will work in a cross‑functional DevSecOps team (developers, QA and DevOps), collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, and influence architectural decisions. This role offers the opportunity to work on a large‑scale customer platform, use modern tools (including AI‑assisted development) and actively contribute to how the team builds and delivers software.

Who are you?

You are an experienced frontend developer who enjoys working with modern technologies and building scalable digital products. You combine strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and you feel comfortable working in international, cross‑functional teams.

As our Senior Fronted Developer, you will bring:

• Strong experience with headless CMS architecture


• Solid expertise in Vue.js / Nuxt and modern frontend development


• Experience in system design and architectural thinking


• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong problem‑solving skills


• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

Next to this you bring:

• Experience working in larger teams (10+ engineers) and agile environments


• Strong focus on clean code and best software development practices


• Experience working in multinational teams


• A customer‑oriented mindset and understanding of business needs


• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools


• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Storyblok or Contentful (headless CMS)


• Familiarity with Storybook


• Experience with Azure and Microsoft ecosystem


• German language skills
