Job summary

Chasepro is seeking a Technical Lead / Application Architect for on-site work in a fast-paced web development environment. The role blends hands-on coding with architectural leadership, focused on Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js within enterprise-scale systems.

The candidate will design scalable frontend architectures, integrate with microservices and cloud services, and drive DevOps practices, while leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise web application experience, including 3+ years in a Technical Lead or similar hands-on leadership role.
• Experience with Kotlin and/or Java.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM integration, including RAG, agentic workflows, and platforms such as AWS Bedrock or equivalent.
• Experience with micro-frontends, Next.js, PWA, or similar modern web architectures.
• Relevant Web, or AI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable, secure web applications with emphasis on Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Provide architecture/technical leadership through reviews, decisions, and mentoring.
• Drive engineering best practices around code quality, security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate across product, UX/UI, architecture, backend, DevSecOps, security, and business teams in Agile programs.
• Oversee CI/CD, automated testing, Docker/Kubernetes, and observability.
