Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior frontend architect to own and drive frontend architecture across multiple teams in a Colorado-based environment. You will shape UI frameworks, state management, and overall application structure for scalable, tablet-first solutions.

You will design and build hybrid mobile apps with Angular, Ionic, and Capacitor, while ensuring real-time data handling, performance optimization, and robust testing and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of software engineering with frontend architecture expertise.
• Strong Angular, RxJS, and state management (NgRx or similar).
• Expert JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend patterns.
• Experience building hybrid mobile apps with Ionic + Capacitor.
• Experience with real-time data systems and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and define frontend architecture across teams.
• Design and deliver tablet-first applications using Angular/Ionic/Capacitor.
• Build interactive UIs for autonomous systems with live data and AI outputs.
• Drive performance for responsive, low-latency on tablets/mobile.
• Establish engineering standards, reusable components, and best practices.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and AI/robotics teams.
• Ensure quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
