Job summary

State Street is seeking a Front-Office Developer to join the Charles River implementation team. You will pilot Java and C# development, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate with analysts, project managers, and client staff across multiple engagements.

This role requires deep technical skills in XML messaging, ERP integration, and database administration, with travel 50–80% to client sites. Financial services industry experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in Financial/Software Services industry; financial market information systems background preferred.
• Travel 35–50% to client sites; able to work remotely when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop with Java and C# in front-office / Charles River IMS implementation context.
• Lead and manage multiple technical initiatives across projects.
• Gather requirements and review with business analysts and project managers.
• Create, test, and integrate inbound/outbound interfaces.
• Contribute to technical documentation and client interaction.
