Coventek Inc. is seeking a senior Front-End Tech Lead to steer the development of Staff MIUI screens, blending hands-on engineering with strong leadership to guide a talented front-end team.

You will define architecture, enforce coding standards, ensure WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 compliance, implement USWDS, and drive CI/CD improvements, while collaborating with Java backend teams and producing documentation. This role also emphasizes mentorship, security, and cross-team coordination.

Competenze

• Senior front-end engineer with lead experience.
• Expert in Angular, SASS, HTML.
• Experience implementing a design system; USWDS experience preferred.
• Formal accessibility certification (CPACC, WAS, or equivalent).
• Hands-on accessibility testing with automated tools, screen readers, and keyboard navigation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and front-end deployment workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with Java backend teams.

Mansioni

• Serve as technical lead for the front-end codebase, setting architecture and standards.
• Develop, review, and maintain high-quality front-end code for Staff MIUI screens.
• Implement and enforce USWDS and state design system usage across the project.
• Own accessibility strategy and ensure WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, Title I/II compliance.
• Lead code reviews, design reviews, and mentor front-end developers.
• Improve and maintain front-end CI/CD processes and pipelines.
• Identify architectural gaps and define the front-end technical roadmap.
• Produce technical documentation and runbooks.
