Job summary

Halogen Engineering Group is seeking a Web Developer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD with hybrid work options. The position requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, a TS/SCI clearance with poly, and hands-on work with front end development and REST APIs.

Compensation ranges from 209K to 222K USD annually, with telework up to 16 hours depending on tasking. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a relevant field and demonstrate strong software integration,

Qualifications

• Master's degree with five (5) years of software engineering experience or more.
• Bachelor’s degree with eight (8) years of software engineering experience in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline.
• High School Diploma or GED with twelve (12) years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications interfacing with REST-based APIs/services in Apache Tomcat/Java or NodeJS.
• Troubleshooting, debugging and defects correction.
• Creation and editing of software system documentation.
