Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a QA/Process Quality professional to monitor wafer quality indicators and drive corrective actions across Fab Process, Product Engineering, and Site QA teams.

The role requires deep knowledge in semiconductor device physics, MOSFET principles, and reliability failure modes, with expertise in SPC and data analytics. The position offers a comprehensive US benefits package and a base salary range reflecting senior expertise.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes knowledge.
• MOSFET, CMOS and memory reliability concepts.
• SPC concepts in manufacturing environments.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor wafer quality indicators and QA events with Fab Process, PE, Site QA teams.
• Create risk assessment reports for deviated/non-conforming material and determine dispositions.
• Coordinate MRB meetings with PQRA, PE, Site QA and Supply Chain to balance risk and disposition.
• Lead projects to ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards and Automotive Zero Defects goals.
• Develop QA dashboards and automated reports; build ML models and interactive dashboards to predict quality.
