LLC University is seeking a Senior Front-End WordPress Developer (Tailwind Expert) to lead a full redesign of our site. You will translate Figma designs into a custom WordPress theme with no page builders, building components iteratively for the live site.

You should have 10+ years of front-end WordPress experience, strong Tailwind CSS skills, and a keen eye for responsive, accessible design. This is a remote-first role operating on U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of front-end WordPress experience required.
• Strong expertise turning Figma designs into pixel-perfect WordPress sites.
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and modern CSS layouts (Flexbox/Grid).
• Clear written and spoken English with collaborative communication.

Responsibilities

• Turn detailed Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress sites.
• Collaborate with designer, back-end dev, founder, and SEO strategist to ensure accuracy of every detail.
• Help refine development processes and share ideas for better workflows.
• Build a hand-coded WordPress theme component-by-component for a major redesign.
