Tech Mahindra seeks a Senior Front End Developer in Plano, TX with 8+ years of hands-on experience in React, Next.js and TypeScript. You will own front end architecture, transform Figma designs into accessible interfaces, and collaborate across product, design, backend, QA, and architecture teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional front end or web development experience.
• Expert knowledge of React.js (hooks, context, lifecycle), Next.js, TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and DOM manipulation.
• Deep experience with Tailwind CSS, mobile first design, WCAG accessibility, and component-driven workflows.
• Testing suites: Jest, Cypress, Playwright; Git; browser debugging tools.

Responsibilities

• Development: Build responsive web apps using React 19, Next.js 16+, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
• Architecture: Use App Router, Server/Client Components, SSR/SSG/ISR, caching, and middleware.
• UI/UX: Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate interfaces; contribute to enterprise design systems and Storybook.
• Data & State: Integrate RESTful APIs; manage state with TanStack and React Context.
• Optimization: Improve Core Web Vitals, code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle performance.
• Quality & Testing: Write clean code; tests with Jest, Cypress, Playwright; debugging and code reviews.
• DevOps: Git workflows; support CI/CD (Vercel, AWS, Azure); leadership and mentorship.
