Job summary

TechDoQuest is seeking a Senior Front End Developer in Plano, TX to design and deliver scalable, accessible, and high-performance web apps. You will own front-end solutions and collaborate closely with product, design, backend, QA, and architecture teams.

Responsibilities include building responsive UIs with React and Next.js, implementing App Router and Server/Client Components, and optimizing performance. Mentoring teammates and contributing to CI/CD practices are also expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional front end or web development experience.
• Expert knowledge of React.js (hooks, context, lifecycle), Next.js, TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and DOM manipulation.
• Deep experience with Tailwind CSS, mobile first design, web accessibility (WCAG), and component driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive apps using React 19, Next.js 16+, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
• Apply modern Next.js patterns: App Router, Server/Client Components, SSR/SSG/ISR, caching, and middleware.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate UIs; contribute to design systems and Storybook docs.
• Integrate RESTful APIs; manage state with TanStack and React Context.
• Maximize Core Web Vitals; optimize code splitting and lazy loading.
• Write tests with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright; conduct debugging and reviews.

You will build scalable, responsive, accessible, and high performance enterprise web applications. This role requires technical ownership and close collaboration with product, design, backend, QA, and architecture teams to deliver production ready front end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Development: Build responsive web apps using React 19, Next.js 16+, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
• Architecture: Utilize modern Next.js patterns including App Router, Server/Client Components, SSR/SSG/ISR, caching, and middleware.
• UI/UX: Translate Figma designs into pixel accurate user interfaces; contribute to enterprise design systems and document components via Storybook.
• Data & State: Integrate RESTful APIs with robust asynchronous handling; manage state using TanStack and React Context.
• Optimization: Maximize Core Web Vitals, code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle performance across devices.
• Quality & Testing: Write clean code; develop tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright); perform debugging and code reviews.
• DevOps: Utilize Git workflows and support CI/CD pipelines (Vercel, AWS, Azure).
• Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends; mentor junior and mid level developers to improve engineering maturity.

Qualifications

• Security & Infrastructure: Familiarity with authentication (OAuth, JWT), cloud platforms, and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
