Job summary

Medallia, Inc. is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to join the DXA team in the US. You will design scalable frontend architectures, migrate the DXA portal from Backbone to React/Alchemy, and help build Node.js microservices powering the portal.

You will work toward FedRAMP compliance, lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design to shape the roadmap. Hybrid onsite 3 days/week in Tysons-area or McLean, VA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building high-performance web applications.
• 3+ years with React and its ecosystem.
• Experience with TypeScript and modern web standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale frontend architectures and state management.
• Lead migration from Backbone to React/Alchemy.
• Collaborate on security and FedRAMP compliance; ensure secure frontend.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Own projects end-to-end from concept to deployment.
• Champion testing strategies and accessibility.
