Job summary

Vantor in Herndon, VA, is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to support a mission-critical big data analytics platform for a U.S. Government customer.

You will design and build secure, scalable web applications using React/Angular/Vue, collaborate across product, UX, back-end, data, and cybersecurity teams, and participate in Agile ceremonies. On-site 3 days/week; SCIF workspace as needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance; CI Poly preferred.
• Minimum 14 years of total professional experience in a technical support role.
• Strong UI/UX skills with a focus on building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and RESTful APIs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web-based user interfaces for enterprise-scale analytics applications.
• Build responsive, accessible front-end solutions using contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with back-end and data engineering teams to integrate APIs and visualization components.
• Develop dashboards and data exploration capabilities for large datasets.
• Participate in architecture discussions and front-end strategy; ensure security and accessibility.
