Job summary

Cinch Home Services is seeking a Sr. Front-End Engineer to lead UI development for our ecommerce platform in Florida.

You will design and implement front-end features, champion UI frameworks, and collaborate with Designers, Product managers, and Engineers to ensure accessible, performant user experiences across web and mobile spaces. Bring 5+ years of front-end experience, strong expertise in Angular and React/Next.js, and hands-on skills with Bootstrap, Tailwind, and Prime components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Front-End software engineering/development experience.
• Experience with Angular and React/Next.js SPA frameworks.
• Web UI frameworks: Bootstrap, Tailwind, Prime (PrimeNG/PrimeReact).
• Experience with REST API development and related server-side technologies (Swagger, Postman, OpenAPI, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of web page performance.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodology.
• Ability to use AI for assisted coding, documentation, and research.
• Proven experience with fast-paced, ecommerce application development and support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new user-facing features in Cinch Product.
• Collaborate with Designers, Product managers, and Software Engineers to build and maintain user experience, accessibility, and feasibility of the website, mobile app, and supporting digital spaces.
• Own the code quality of their work through unit and integration testing practices.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions for the presentation of data and content on our websites, mobile apps, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with enterprise system programmers and database administrators to determine optimal data formats for UX integration.
• Adhere to Cinch Home Services brand standards across the website, supporting digital spaces and third-party platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest standards, changes, and trends in web design and development.
• Assist with marketing strategies and campaigns for IT initiatives and advancements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
• Architect efficient and reusable systems that drive complex web applications
• Analyze and provide technical solutions to complex problems
• Take the lead and drive key initiatives
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
