The role emphasizes building scalable, accessible user interfaces, ensuring performance, and driving modern web experiences across our web and mobile spaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end software engineering experience.
• Experience with Angular and React/Next.js.
• Proficient in REST API development and related tools.
• Strong understanding of web performance and best practices.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• E-commerce application development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new user-facing features for Cinch Product.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure UX and accessibility across websites and apps.
• Own code quality through unit and integration testing.
• Propose innovative solutions for presenting data and content on our platforms.
• Collaborate with enterprise programmers and DBAs for UX data formats.
• Adhere to Cinch branding across digital spaces and third-party platforms.
• Stay updated on web design and development trends.
• Assist with marketing IT initiatives and campaigns.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Monitor competitor products and industry trends.
• Architect efficient, reusable systems for complex web applications.
• Analyze and resolve performance and scalability issues.
• Take the lead and drive key initiatives.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
