Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional front-end web development experience.
• Proven experience delivering modern web applications, websites, or design systems.
• Strong experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients, stakeholders, or product teams.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within remote teams.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to collaborate during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, responsive, and performant web experiences using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop new features and maintain existing functionality across websites, products, and design systems.
• Translate design and product requirements into scalable front-end solutions.
• Select and apply appropriate frameworks, technologies, and development approaches based on project needs.
• Write resilient, maintainable, and production-ready code that anticipates edge cases and handles errors effectively.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using effective debugging strategies.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices throughout the development process.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve accessibility issues following WCAG guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads, designers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Conduct thoughtful and constructive code reviews to maintain development standards.
• Support and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Ensure high-quality code through automated testing and cross-browser validation.
• Implement and maintain CI, build, and deployment workflows.
• Maintain coding standards, documentation, and technical quality across projects.
