What You’ll Do

As a key member of the engineering team, you’ll help shape the future of the client platform, taking on complex technical challenges in a rapidly evolving space. You’ll work with a modern stack: React, TypeScript, and AWS, to deliver best-in-class experiences to enterprise users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of major features with a focus on clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Architect solutions that improve efficiency, maintainability, and performance across the platform.
• Ensure software stability with robust safeguards for a cloud-based environment.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to assess feasibility, estimate effort, and define implementation strategies.
• Provide expert technical guidance and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Automate testing and contribute to a sustainable, high-quality codebase.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
• Embrace an iterative mindset, continuously improving features and development processes.
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and team collaboration.
