You will collaborate across disciplines, uphold high code quality, and mentor juniors, driving continuous improvement and scalable frontend practices across teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of front-end development experience with modern web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and React in production environments.
• Proven code review experience with clear, constructive feedback.
• Solid UI engineering skills translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Strong testing skills with unit and end-to-end testing practices.
• Strong performance optimization skills for fast load times and smooth interactions.
• Strong debugging skills across browsers and devices for complex issues.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI fundamentals and practical GenAI tool usage.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for multi-step instructions and iterative refinement.
• Strong AI safety awareness, including hallucination risks and data sensitivity boundaries.
• Strong collaboration skills working with product, design, backend, and QA partners.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
• Nice to have AI security fundamentals, including prompt injection risk and safe data handling.
• Cybersecurity & Trust domain awareness for building secure user experiences.
• Gen AI application development experience integrating GenAI into product features.
• Gen AI in SDLC experience creating reusable prompts, agents, or automation workflows.
