Job summary
24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to own the development, optimization, and ongoing health of our digital ecosystem in Paramount, CA. You will build and maintain corporate websites, landing pages, and HubSpot CMS infrastructure while improving UX, SEO, accessibility, and conversion rates.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of front-end web development experience.
- Experience with BigCommerce, HubSpot CMS, or similar CMS platforms.
- Experience implementing SEO best practices and website analytics.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, Core Web Vitals, and website performance optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance websites and digital properties.
- Build new website pages, landing pages, microsites, and interactive experiences.
- Manage and optimize the HubSpot CMS environment.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement digital experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve user journeys and conversions.
- Implement UI/UX enhancements to boost engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor and improve page speed, accessibility, and performance.
- Own analytics and tracking setups across properties (GA, GTM, HubSpot).
- Support integrations between HubSpot, websites, and third-party platforms.
