Job summary

Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer (Leaning Full Stack) to lead the GRACE front-end for ARPA-H’s production AI assistant.

You will design intuitive, accessible interfaces and implement streaming AI features while collaborating with backend teams and researchers. You will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and ensure security/compliance across deployments in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead GRACE front-end development using React and TypeScript.
• Design intuitive UIs for conversational AI and agentic workflows.
• Implement streaming AI responses, citations, code rendering, tables, diagrams, maps, and previews.
• Ensure 508/WCAG accessibility and responsive design.
• Collaborate with backend to define APIs and integrations with AI services.
• Mentor engineers and promote code quality, testing, and best practices.
• Adhere to federal security, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.
• Participate in Agile sprints, design, and product demos.
