Job summary

Adobe Team seeks an experienced Frontend Architect to define and maintain the frontend architecture and technical standards for large eCommerce projects built on Magento 2. You will own quality, performance, and timely delivery of frontend work, while making architectural decisions and planning work for the team.

You’ll mentor the frontend engineers and collaborate with backend Magento teams, design, and clients to ensure scalable, accessible, and secure experiences.

Qualifications

• Architect frontend systems with a focus on scalability and headless setups.
• Translate business needs into technical decisions with clear rationale.
• Plan, estimate, and break down complex frontend work for the team.
• Lead and mentor the frontend team, establish standards, and review code.
• Collaborate with backend/Magento, design, PM, and clients; articulate tech topics clearly.

• Documented experience in designing the architecture of large frontend applications - including headless setups, integrations, and scalability
• Ability to make and communicate technical decisions, and justify them from a business perspective
• Experience in planning, estimating, and breaking down complex tasks for a team
• Experience in leading a team - mentoring, development, standards, definition of done
• Ability to collaborate across teams - backend / Magento, design, PM, client - and explain technical matters clearly
