Ladders is seeking a Lead Front End Architect/Engineer to shape the front-end direction for our pharmaceutical and biotech digital products. You will translate prototypes into production, partner with product, design, and back-end teams, and guide AI-assisted coding practices in a data-rich environment.

This remote US-based role offers $175,000–$200,000 annually and the opportunity to mentor a front-end team, define API contracts, and drive scalable UI solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in front-end or full-stack engineering with leadership exposure.
• Experience architecting complex UIs for enterprise products.
• Proven ability to hire and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end architecture and develop user-facing products from prototypes to production.
• Manage a complex journey-builder canvas as it scales with data volume.
• Establish API contracts with back-end teams for cohesive evolution.
• Oversee design-to-code workflow and the code quality of the design system.
• Guide AI-driven functionality development responsibly.
• Recruit and mentor front-end engineers, ensuring high code quality.
