Job summary

7-Eleven in Irving, TX seeks a Sr Analyst, Fresh Food Analytics & Supply Planning to lead end-to-end analytics, financial modeling, and performance reporting for the Fresh Foods network. You will partner with Category, Merchandising Planning, FP&A, Demand Chain, and Operations to optimize supplier economics, inventory, and network profitability.

Translate data into actionable recommendations, develop models and dashboards, and drive cross-functional decisions that improve cost and service levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, supply chain management, business analytics, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of analytics/finance/supply chain analytics experience.
• Experience in retail analytics, food manufacturing finance, or supplier economics.
• Experience developing financial models, business cases, and should-cost models.
• Inventory management, demand planning, or supply planning analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain should-cost models and financial frameworks for supplier negotiations and cost improvement initiatives.
• Manage inventory visibility and perform scenario modeling and network planning analysis.
• Develop new processes to enhance inventory planning and management and supplier accountability.
• Lead dashboards and scorecards tracking KPIs across Fresh Food categories.
• Own end-to-end KPI tracking and reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with Category, Demand Planning, and Merchandising to forecast sales for new items and track profitability.
• Build financial models and business cases for Fresh Food initiatives and expansion opportunities.
• Analyze production capacity and constraints to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms to improve operations and cross-functional decisions.
• Ensure accuracy of cost changes, new item setup, and centralize reporting for data consistency.
• Translate analytical findings into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
