This role involves serving as the Task Lead for railroad and civil engineering design projects, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of related experience, including 5 years in project management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• 10 years related experience in rail and/or civil design projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Discipline or Task Lead for railroad or civil engineering design projects.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and development of design criteria.
• Perform detailed QC reviews of projects.
