U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Special Projects Consultant – Fraud & Operations to act as a strategic partner for leadership across high-priority initiatives, executive communications, and risk-related projects.

The role involves structuring ambiguous problems, delivering executive-ready materials, and guiding cross-functional teams through complex programs. You will support CAO-related activities, including leadership updates, QBR/MBR materials, and regular reporting, while driving risk,

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience in project management.
Significant experience in project/program management, business management, operations, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives supporting Fraud and Operations priorities.
Prepare executive-level materials like QBR/MBR and leadership updates.
Translate complex business information into concise executive narratives highlighting performance and risks.
Coordinate risk, regulatory, and change-management initiatives across Fraud and Operations.
Develop leadership-ready summaries of accomplishments and upcoming priorities.
